- With a pack
- Whole files up to 3 hours, SMPTE frame timecodes at any frame rate, a start timecode, timecodes every paragraph or every 10 to 60 seconds, and TXT, SRT, VTT, CSV, DOCX and JSON downloads.
- How minutes are used
- By the length of audio transcribed, rounded up to the next whole minute per file. Parts that fail are not counted. Minutes from each pack can be used for 12 months, oldest pack first.
- No account
- Your minutes sit on a wallet code kept in your browser. Enter the code on any other device, or recover it with your receipt.
- Payment
- Card payment on Waffo's secure checkout. Waffo is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and sends the receipt. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. By buying, you agree to the terms.

Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. A pack is a single payment. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.
How are minutes counted?
By the length of the audio that was transcribed, rounded up to the next whole minute for each file. Parts that could not be transcribed are not counted.
Do I need an account?
No. After paying you get a wallet code. It holds your minutes in this browser, and you can enter it on any other browser or device.
I lost my wallet code. Are my minutes gone?
No. Open "Your minutes" at the bottom of any page and recover the code with the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt.
Who charges my card?
Waffo, our merchant of record. Waffo runs the checkout, takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused minutes are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
